I've looked in A. C. Moore, Michael's, floral shops [sometimes used in bouquets] and I can't seem to find them if you could help me that would be great!
Where can I find handheld folding fans?
Oriental Trading has tons of these party type items. I get their catalog in the mail and purchase stickers and pencils for my daughter's class parties.

Reply:If you are not too particular about the design, Party Packagers (assuming you live in Canada) carries them. If you are in the US try Walmart.
